Release the Epstein files
The Epstein files identify the men who sexually abused underage girls. It is believed that Trump was involved, and this should have legal and political consequences for him.
We must convince our representatives to release the Epstein files.
Status
There are two ways the Epstein files could be released:
- H.Res.581 would ammend H.R.185 to release the Epstein files. This resolution is stuck in the House Committee on Rules, but there is a discharge petition that would bypass the committee, and it is very close to the required 218 signatures.
- The “Epstein Files Transparency Act”
(H.R.4405/S.2557)
would release the Epstein files.
Both chambers are considering it at the same time:
- The House version (H.R.4405) is in the House Judiciary Committee.
- The Senate version (S.2557) is in the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
